Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ProEazy website located at www.proeazy.in or availing any services offered through it.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and Abhistada Logistics Services Private Limited, the company that owns and operates ProEazy, with its registered office in India.

By accessing, registering on, or using the ProEazy website or any services available through it, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• You authorise any payments processed through the platform for services you book or offer.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using this platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue your use of the ProEazy website immediately.

All references to "you" or "your" refer to the individual or entity accessing and using the ProEazy platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

About ProEazy

ProEazy is an online platform owned and operated by Abhistada Logistics Services Private Limited. The platform connects homeowners and individuals (referred to as "Service Users") with independent home service professionals (referred to as "Service Professionals") for services including but not limited to deep cleaning, pest control, catering, photography, and decoration.

ProEazy acts solely as an intermediary marketplace. We facilitate the connection between Service Users and Service Professionals, but are not a party to any service contract formed between them. The execution and quality of services remain the responsibility of the Service Professional.

Changes to These Terms

Abhistada Logistics Services Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the ProEazy platform after any changes are posted will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

• Eligibility: Use of the ProEazy platform is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and can legally enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
• Account Creation: To access certain features, you need to create an account with name, email, mobile, and password. Additional information may be requested.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify support@proeazy.in if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Account Termination: ProEazy may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without prior notice.

Acceptable Use of the Platform

By using ProEazy, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate any individual, company, or ProEazy employee.
• Use automated tools to access or extract data without permission.
• Misuse personal information of other users.
• Post offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Circumvent payment systems, fees, or billing processes.
• Solicit Service Users/Professionals to transact off-platform.
• Upload viruses or harmful content.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Rules for Service Professionals

• Accurate Profiles: Your profile must represent services, location, qualifications, and experience accurately.
• Verification: Complete ProEazy verification (Aadhaar, PAN, skills, background checks).
• Professional Conduct: Maintain professionalism at all times. Misconduct may lead to removal.
• No Off-Platform Solicitation: Do not bypass the platform for transactions.
• Sanctions: ProEazy may remove listings, suspend/terminate accounts, withhold payments, or take legal action.

Rules for Service Users

• Book services with genuine intent to use and pay.
• Provide accurate service requirements, location, and contact info.
• Treat Service Professionals respectfully.
• Complete payments as agreed.
• Raise concerns through official support channels.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds

• Service Users: Browsing is free. Payments processed securely via UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets.
• Service Professionals: Basic listing is free; premium/lead fees may apply in future.
• Refunds: Eligible for cancellations before assignment, no-show professionals, or significantly different service.
• Taxes: Service Professionals handle their own taxes; ProEazy not liable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on ProEazy is owned by Abhistada Logistics Services Private Limited. You may not copy or redistribute without consent. Content you submit grants ProEazy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it on the platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The ProEazy platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Abhistada Logistics Services Private Limited makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the platform or any services offered through it.

We do not guarantee that:

● The platform will be available at all times without interruption or errors.

● The information provided by Service Professionals is accurate or complete.

● Any service booked through the platform will meet your specific expectations.

While we take significant steps to verify all Service Professionals on our platform, ProEazy does not warrant that all professionals are free from any prior criminal or safety-related history. Service Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgement before allowing any professional into their home.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abhistada Logistics Services Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

1. Your use of or inability to use the ProEazy platform.
2. Any service provided or not provided by a Service Professional booked through the platform.
3. Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or user data.
4. Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content displayed on the platform.
5. Any disputes arising between a Service User and a Service Professional.

ProEazy is a marketplace platform. We are not a party to any agreement between a Service User and a Service Professional. Any disputes arising from a booked service must be resolved between the parties involved.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ProEazy platform, we encourage you to contact us first at support@proeazy.in so we can work towards a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement will be conducted exclusively in the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Third Party Links and Resources

The ProEazy platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. Abhistada Logistics Services Private Limited has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website and accepts no responsibility for them. Your interactions with any third-party website linked from ProEazy are at your own risk and are governed by that website's own terms and conditions.
